Gilmerton House and its stunning gardens are perfectly positioned to hold the celebration you have always imagined.

We recognise that no two celebrations are ever the same and we want to give each couple the freedom to curate a unique wedding according to their tastes; as such, we do not offer wedding packages and we only take on a limited number of weddings a year to ensure the best experience for our couples and to maintain the splendour of the house.

  • Accommodation

    Special moments should be shared with your closest family and friends, which is why weddings at Gilmerton typically include a three night stay for up to twenty guests. The Lodge, a three-bedroom self-contained Victorian cottage, can accommodate a further six guests, subject to availability.

    As each event is tailored to individual couples, we provide bespoke quotes on application. For your guidance, the exclusive use of Gilmerton House for a wedding begins at £6,000 per night for a minimum of two nights.
